Our range of theatrical accessories, instant retail costumes, and professional stage make up is so vast, a visit to one of our stores is preferable. Please telephone to discuss your requirements. Payments may be made over the telephone using any major credit /debit card. Postal & Packing Charges: These timescales are calculated providing orders are placed and paid for by 12.00 noon, and goods are currently in stock. We will always endeavour to give an efficient and speedy service. Postal charges are based on an average lightweight order. Large or heavy orders may incur a small extra charge. Refunds / Exchange Policy on Mail Order Purchases We do not refund on items purchased via mail order unless found to be faulty. Goods may be exchanged or a credit note given, valid for six months. No wigs or make up can be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. The Purchaser is responsible for all carriage paid on purchase or return of goods. For security reasons, any goods returned must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
